Refund & Returns Policy

At iCare Lab & Mobiles, your satisfaction matters to us. We sell mobile phones, accessories, and offer professional repair services in Lahore.

For Mobile Phones, Accessories & Products

Return or exchange accepted only within 7 days from delivery or pickup.

Item must be unused, in original sealed condition, with full packaging, box, accessories, seals, invoice, and no signs of use.

No returns or refunds for:

  • Used or activated mobile phones (SIM inserted, internet used, or setup done)
  • Opened or used accessories (chargers, cases, earphones, tempered glass, cables etc.)
  • Change of mind (only sealed/unopened items considered in special cases)

Accepted reasons only:

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA) – not turning on
  • Genuine manufacturing defect
  • Wrong item sent
  • Damaged during shipping (photos/video proof required)

Process:

  1. Contact us within 7 days on WhatsApp 03444575406 or email icarelabandmobiles@gmail.com with order number + clear photos/videos of the issue.
  2. We arrange pickup in Lahore or ask you to visit our shop.
  3. After inspection, we offer exchange (same item if available) or full refund (minus delivery charges if any) within 5-7 working days to original payment method.

Non-returnable: All used/opened items, software-updated/rooted/customized devices, items without proof of purchase.

For Repair Services

Warranty period mentioned on your repair receipt (usually 7–30 days based on repair type).

If the same issue returns due to our repair work within warranty, we fix it free of charge.

No refunds on repair charges once service started or completed.

If repair not possible (e.g., part unavailable), advance payment refunded minus inspection/service attempt charges.

Important Notes

  • Always unbox and check item immediately on delivery/pickup. Record an unboxing video as proof – required for damaged/wrong item claims.
  • Refunds processed only after item received back and verified at our shop.
  • Shipping/return costs are customer’s responsibility (unless our error).
  • We follow Pakistan consumer protection laws for defective goods.
